LASERTOWER PRO MEGACENTER

The LaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER Marking and Engraving System is a state-of-the-art industrial-grade high-volume manufacturing material processing system utilizing Fonon Corporation’s proprietary Zero-Friction Direct Drive Motion System that operates as a stand-alone system or easily integrates into an I/O production line environment.

Fonon Corporation’s LaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER is a high-volume industrial-grade material processing system designed to perform under high-vibration, shock and dust conditions.

Each LaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER is enhanced per our customer’s unique application.  The system is optimized for a Fiber Laser with wattages ranging from 20W to 50W.  The LaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER incorporates a Zero-Friction Direct Drive Motion System transporting the laser beam across a 42” by 42” working surface. All Direct Parts Marking (DPM), including UDI/UID barcodes, logos and engravings are permanent, legible and  non-removable across the largest range of materials.  

The LaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER incorporates incorporates Fonon’s proprietary Software designed to specifically run on Windows platforms. 

The LaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER is an industrial-grade, 3D Marking & Deep Engraving 5-Axis System including 3 mechanical XYZ axes coupled with 2 optical X’Y’ axes.  It is the only system in the industry that incorporates a Zero-Friction Direct Drive Motion System transporting the laser beam across a large working area.  Each unit is optimized for a Fiber Laser, Scan Head, Industrial PC Controller and Power Supply. The MLaserTowerPRO MEGACENTER processes the largest range of mate¬rials in the industry with special attention to highly-reflective metal applications.

Proprietary software is a high performance,  multi-threaded laser marking solution designed to specifically run on Windows platforms.

Fiber Lasers are a great leap forward in processing all metal and coated soft material applications. Our Fiber Lasers are easily integrated into industrial processes in comparison with conventional lasers due to:
