LaserTower Professional RT laser marking and laser engraving machine from Laser Photonics with rotary dial tableThe LaserTower Professional Round Table (RT) laser marking and engraving machine is an industrial-grade material processing system engineered to operate in a continuous production environment.

The LaserTower PRO RT is designed with either a fiber laser or CO2 Laser with power ranging from 20 watt to 100 watt.  The LaserTower PRO RT incorporates a 24” rotary dial table for continuous loading/unloading in a uninterrupted manufacturing environment. All Direct Parts Marking (DPM), including UDI/UID barcodes, logos and engravings are permanent, legible and non-removable across the largest range of materials in the industry.  

The LaserTower PRO RT features a programmable 8” Z-axis for focal height adjustments with 2 optical X’Y’ axes and a portfolio of lens options that incrementally increases the range of the marking area from 2” x 2” to 12” x 12”. The LaserTower PRO RT incorporates a 24” rotary dial table for continuous loading/unloading during operation.  Each system is optimized for a fiber laser or Fantom SLAB CO2 laser, scan head, industrial PC controller and power supply. The LaserTower PRO RT incorporates incorporates proprietary software.  

The LaserTower PRO RT processes the largest range of materials in the industry with special attention to highly-reflective metal applications.

The LaserTower PRO Series of laser marking and laser engraving machines can be upgrade with a dynamic, autofocusing 3D scanning system.

Fiber laser

Fiber Lasers are a great leap forward in processing all metal and coated soft material applications. Our Fiber Lasers are easily integrated into industrial processes in comparison with conventional lasers due to:
