Increase Your Cutting Speed with Fiber Laser Equipment

FABTECH 2009 BOOTH #5160
High Power Fiber Laser Cutting Systems can speed up your throughput on metal processing for three main reasons.
1.) Due to the direct delivery method of the beam, fiber laser equipment requires less parts and hardware which will weigh down the motion system. Unlike Co2 Laser equipment, the lack of these parts allows the linear drive to operate at its full potential speeding up the completion time of a specific job. This is especially utilized when cutting thinner sheet metals.
2.) Thanks to the high-density beam of the laser, materials are able to be pierced quicker and cleaner speeding up the cutting process.
3.) The small spot size of the fiber delivered beam allows a very precise cut which eliminates the post processing steps when working with certain metals. For example, no de-burring processes would need to be performed to increase edge quality of the metal.
Laser Photonics invites you to witness Fiber Laser Cutting at its best performed by the new TITAN System at FABTECH 2009. We will be showcasing the speed of the system while demonstrating the many other benefits of this remarkable machine. We will be following the below cutting schedule at the show to meet your specific application needs.

The Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System:
This is one of the most unique products on the market today and due to its portability is an ideal system for:
• Small weapon identification for such purposes as inventory and renewal
• Handheld laser permanent marking on all stationary and removable items such as ships, missiles, airplanes, tanks, etc.
The Handheld Fiber Laser Marking System is lightweight and compact enough for increased portability. This versatile system allows for easy maneuverability due to its lightweight design. The lightweight design is attributed to the greatly reduced size of the scan head making it easier for operators to handle while maintaining the same performance quality.
This system is ideal for marking large parts with 2D matrix codes, barcodes and UID marks on a variety of materials. The Handheld is used in industries such as electronics, aerospace, defense, energy and component manufacturers as an essential part of everyday operations.
