Return Policy

To return a system for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days from the invoice date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return packing label. Any return without the RMA number will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer, freight collect.

For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, reason for the return, email address and phone number. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery and tracking number.

All systems must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. Any system returned for restock must be guaranteed, by Customer, to have been stored within the appropriate temperature and humidity requirements described in the system's usage guidelines.  Systems that are returned as defective, and which upon inspection, proves not to be defective, will be sent back to the customer freight collect.

If a system arrives damaged, save the original packaging, notify our Customer Service immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise.

A restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
