CleanTech Megacenter
The CleanTech MegaCenter is a versatile, industrial-grade laser system for semi-automatic cleaning and surface conditioning. Featuring a work area of up to 36 square inches and automatable sliding doors, this system can seamlessly integrate into a production line or function as a standalone unit. Its enclosed design enhances safety by preventing exposure to fumes released during the vaporization of toxic substances, and its exhaust allows easy installation of a fume extractor.
Semi-Automatic
Dual Axis
Finishing
Other than a power source, the CleanTech MegaCenter requires no consumables and no routine part replacements, delivering long-term consistency and reliability. Operators can select from built-in laser ablation patterns or develop a custom pattern for any unique needs. The CleanTech MegaCenter is a Class I system according to laser safety standards, designed and tested with safety in mind.

Semi-Automatic
A Semi-automatic laser system requires an operator to control the process, either by physically operating the laser head on the part or remotely using a joystick to control a robotic arm mounted laser.
Dual Axis
A Dual Axis laser has an optical pattern that is shaped like a box. It will clean the part faster and can handle complex shapes better than a single axis laser.
Finishing
Finishing lasers are suited for handling small projects with ease and produce a fine, texturized finish to the target surface.
