I’m a public relations, content creation, and marketing maestro with over 25 years of experience. My career began as a news and features reporter for the Chicago Sun Times. Since then I've worn many hats (and occasionally a cape) as a corporate marketing & PR manager, trade association executive, and vice president at regional and national advertising & PR agencies. I’ve counseled clients in over 60 industries, which means I’ve probably written more press releases than there are cat videos on the internet. My work has taken me across 35 states and internationally. I’m an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America, with award-winning work recognized in seven cities. I hold a dual cum laude degree in public relations and journalism from Syracuse University and my hobbies include ballroom dancing (who doesn't love a waltz?), voice-over narration (my voice has been known to soothe even the crankiest of cats), reader’s theater, choral and karaoke singing, adventuring with loved ones, and parenting varying numbers of cats (they’re the real bosses).
