With an industrial-grade build, the PLASDEX requires no maintenance, needs only power to operate, and is designed to withstand vibration, shock, and dust, ensuring long-term reliability. The system is equipped with an exhaust vent to capture vapors through a series of HEPA filters located in an external fume extractor. The PLASDEX is equipped with a PC-based controller that utilizes our proprietary software and can have a rotary indexer integrated for circumferential applications.
