Laser Photonics To Attend NCMS Technology Showcase at Marine Depot Maintenance Command in Georgia

ORLANDO, Fla., May 30, 2024Laser Photonics Corporation (LPC) (NASDAQ: LASE), a leading global developer of industrial laser systems for cleaning and other material processing applications, is hosting a booth at the NCMS Technology Showcase at the Marine Depot Maintenance Command (MDMC).

Held in coordination with the Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Commanders and Leaders Peer to Peer conference, the Technology Conference presents a forum for technology developers to meet with leadership from the depot maintenance complex, which provides worldwide expeditionary logistics support as well as depot-level maintenance support for rebuild, repairs, engineering solutions and modifications.

“Laser Photonics’ laser systems offer advanced solutions for the needs of the Marine Corps and the defense industry that meet military standards,” said Wayne Tupuola, CEO of Laser Photonics. “We’re eager to discover new opportunities for collaboration among the leading technology experts who serve the MDMC and the Department of Defense (DOD).”

The mission of the MDMC is to provide the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) with worldwide field-level and depot-level maintenance support for rebuild, repairs, engineering solutions, modifications, calibrations, manufacturing and technical services to maximize the operational readiness, lethality, and sustainability of ground combat and combat support weapon systems and equipment. MDMC is comprised of two production plants geographically located in Albany, GA (PPA) and Barstow, CA (PPB). PPA and PPB are multi-commodity depot maintenance complexes that provide worldwide expeditionary logistics support to the FMF and other forces.

The OIB is a collection of government-owned industrial facilities that include arsenals, depots, shipyards and manufacturing plants that support critical military needs, such as ammunition production, equipment storage and disposal, and the repair of weapon systems and defense equipment.

What: 2024 NCMS Technology Showcase at Marine Depot Maintenance Command
